Submission of an entry form indicates acceptance of these Eligibility Criteria and Terms and Conditions. Non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions may result in a nominee being disqualified or their nomination being disregarded.

To be eligible to enter the WCPT Above and Beyond Awards, nominees must hold a current real estate registration or license in WA.

Entries must be submitted and received on or before 1 September 2020, 5.00pm WST.

Winners will be announced in four categories during the WCPT Above & Beyond Conference Event, to be held on 17 & 18 September 2020.

Entries in multiple categories will be accepted as long as a separate entry for each Award category is provided.

Entries will not be accepted from any parties who are employed in any capacity by the award partners.

Nominations for each award will be judged on merit by WCPT and our panel of award judges (including award partners). The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

WCPT accepts no responsibility for any lost, misplaced or incorrectly submitted award entries. Submissions that are deemed by our judging panel to be incomplete or inappropriate will be disregarded. Nomination materials will not be returned to entrants.

Award submissions must be made with sufficient evidence. WCPT reserves the right to request further evidence regarding any award submission in order to adequately substantiate the information contained within. Failure to provide further evidence may result in the nomination being disregarded.

Nominees are welcome to nominate themselves for awards. Parties that opt to nominate another must seek permission to complete and submit an award nomination.

WCPT and award partners will not be liable for any loss, injury or bad publicity directly or indirectly as a result from the Awards.

Nominees agree to be part of any publicity activity relating to the awards and the WCPT Above and Beyond conference, including but not limited to interviews, photography and appearance on the WCPT social media pages.

WCPT reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the awards or the WCPT Above and Beyond Conferences as required.

The nomination, submission and award process will not create any legal obligations between entrants and WCPT or our award partners.
