The Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety (LGIRS) sets the requirements for settlement agents in WA. We look after the study part, and you can start it while you are still building your experience.
Industry experience
LGIRS requires a minimum of two years working in the settlement industry. You don't have to finish that before you enrol.

Conveyancing is regulated state by state, so the rules change depending on where you work. This course is written to WA legislation, and WA rules and requirements are referenced throughout.
