You don't need to be a registered rep to enrol, but there are a few other requirements:
- 2 years of property experience. The WA Government website has examples of what counts. We're happy to help with the wording of your application, at no extra cost.
- A police history check that shows you're a person of good character and repute.
- No declared bankruptcy.

It depends on which registration course you originally completed. Our upskill page walks you through it. If you do need it, you can bundle it with the Diploma and we'll help you plan both together.
No extras. Our course fees are completely inclusive: marking, Recognition of Prior Learning, support, the lot. The only extra fee you might encounter is if you want to extend your enrolment past the regular 18 months.

Yes. WCPT is a registered training organisation (RTO 51792), so your Diploma is nationally recognised. What you learn is WA real estate law, which is quite different to other states, so it's exactly what you need to work here.
