In 2024, DEMIRS have designed three separate Mandatory CPD sessions for Residential Sales, Residential Property Management and Commercial Sales & Property Management. There is no dedicated session for Licensed Agents in 2024. Licensed Agents are able to choose to attend one of the three sessions to receive their Mandatory CPD points in 2024.
